1. Who We Are

2. What Personal Information We Collect and Why
Lifeline Rosary's philosophy is to collect as little personal information as possible. We only collect information that is reasonably necessary for the App's functionality or for communicating with you.
- Waitlist Email Address: When you join our waitlist via the website, we collect your email address. We collect this solely to notify you when the App launches, to send early access invitations, and to communicate relevant updates about Lifeline Rosary. We will not use your email for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.
- Local Photos (Intercession Mode): If you choose to use Intercession Mode within the App, you may grant permission for the App to access your device's photo library. This access is used only to display photos locally on your device. No photos are ever transmitted, uploaded, or accessed by us. See Section 3 for full details.
- Anonymous Crash and Performance Data: The App may collect anonymous, aggregated technical data such as crash reports and basic performance metrics to help us identify and fix issues. This data does not contain any information that could be used to identify you personally.
3. How Photos Are Handled (Intercession Mode)
Your prayers and personal intentions are sacred. We have designed Intercession Mode with this in mind.
100% Local Storage Guarantee
The photos you use in Intercession Mode are never uploaded to the internet. They are accessed and displayed only from your device's own local storage. We have zero access to them.
- Strictly Local: Photos you select remain stored only on your device and are never transmitted externally.
- No Server Storage: We do not upload, copy, or store your photos on any server, database, or third-party cloud service.
- Zero Access: Lifeline Rosary has no ability to view, retrieve, or access any photos used within the App.
- Your Control: You may revoke photo library permissions at any time through your device's system settings.
4. Waitlist Email — How We Handle It
When you submit your email to join our waitlist, your address is stored securely with our email platform provider. We use this information only to:
- Confirm your place on the waitlist;
- Notify you when early access or the public launch becomes available;
- Send infrequent, relevant updates about Lifeline Rosary's development.
We will not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email we send. Upon unsubscribing, your email address will be removed from our active list within a reasonable timeframe and permanently deleted within 30 days.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Lifeline Rosary offers in-app purchases and subscription options processed entirely through Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play).
- We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details, billing address, or any financial information.
- All payment processing is handled directly and exclusively by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies and security standards.
- Apple and Google may provide us with anonymous purchase verification tokens to enable unlocking of premium features. These tokens do not include personal payment information.

6. Third-Party Services and Disclosure
We may use the following categories of third-party services in connection with the App and website. Each operates under its own privacy policy:
- Email Marketing Platform: Used to manage waitlist signups and send communications. Your email address is stored on their servers.
- Apple App Store / Google Play: Used to distribute the App and process in-app purchases.
- Crash Reporting Tools: Used to collect anonymous technical diagnostics. No personally identifiable information is transmitted.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties except as described in this policy or as required by law.
7. Cross-Border Disclosure
Some of our third-party service providers (including Apple, Google, and email platform providers) are based outside Australia and may store or process your information on servers located overseas, including in the United States. By using the App or website, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and stored in countries outside Australia that may not provide the same level of privacy protection as Australian law.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipients handle your personal information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal obligations. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice, such as an in-app notification or an email to waitlist members.
